Care that puts you first

NDIS support services across Deception Bay and Moreton Bay, available 24 hours a day — grounded in professionalism, dignity and respect for how each person wants to live.

If you're comparing providers

Choosing a provider is a big decision, and it helps to know where someone is genuinely a good fit. Here's where we can help, and where another provider may suit you better — we'd always rather point you in the right direction than take on something we can't do well.

We’re a good fit when Someone else may suit you better when
A participant is coming home from hospital or rehab with new or changed support needs You need a specialist disability accommodation (SDA) provider — we support participants living in SDA, but we don’t own or manage the housing
Support needs are physically complex — transfers, mobility equipment, continence, medication routines You need a specialist behaviour support practitioner to write a plan. We implement plans; we don’t author them
There’s a behaviour support plan that needs to be followed properly and consistently by every worker Price is the deciding factor. We staff complex support with experienced people, and that’s reflected in our rates
Previous supports have broken down and the family has lost confidence You need therapy services — OT, physio, speech. We coordinate with them, we don’t deliver them

Our Support Services

  • Clinical

    Complex & high-support care

Nurse-led support for people with clinical needs or changing health — with support workers trained on each person’s own routines, so the care stays steady whoever is on shift.

    What’s included
    • Medication administration and monitoring
    • Wound care and skin integrity
    • Continence support and bowel management routines
    • Health monitoring and escalation to GP or hospital
    • Coordination with GPs, allied health and treating teams
    • Written clinical handover between shifts
  • Core

    Daily living & personal care

The everyday support that makes a household work, delivered the way each person wants it done — same routine, same standard, whoever is on shift.

    What’s included
    • Showering, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene
    • Transfers, hoist use and mobility support
    • Meal preparation and support with eating
    • Household tasks, laundry and home safety
    • Medication prompting
    • Morning, evening, overnight and sleepover shifts
  • Core

    Life skills & independence

Skills practised in the places they’ll actually be used, with support stepping back as confidence grows — and we’ll say so at review rather than quietly holding hours.

    What’s included
    • Cooking, shopping and meal planning
    • Budgeting and managing money
    • Travel training and using public transport
    • Managing appointments and correspondence
    • Communication and self-advocacy
    • Problem-solving and everyday decision-making
  • Core

    Community access & participation

Getting out safely and confidently, starting wherever you’re comfortable and widening from there. For some people that begins with a quiet café at 9am on a Tuesday.

    What’s included
    • Appointments, allied health and specialist visits
    • Shopping and errands
    • Visiting friends and family
    • Local events, groups and interests
    • Building confidence navigating places independently
  • Clinical

    Behaviour & emotional regulation support

Where someone has a behaviour support plan, our job is to follow it properly — the same way, every shift, by every worker.

    What’s included
    • Consistent implementation of an existing behaviour support plan
    • Support workers briefed individually on triggers and de-escalation
    • Incident recording and reporting
    • Feedback loop to the behaviour support practitioner
    • Support with routine, predictability and emotional regulation
  • Core

    Short-term accommodation & respite

Supported short stays that keep routines intact and give families a genuine break — including planned respite and post-discharge bridging stays.

    What’s included
    • Planned and emergency respite
    • Post-discharge bridging stays
    • Existing routines and supports maintained throughout
    • Genuine rest for families and carers
    • A chance to try new things in a supported setting
  • Core

    Transport assistance

Safe, reliable transport with support at both ends. The drive is the easy part — it’s the appointment, the waiting room and the trip back that usually needs the help.

    What’s included
    • Medical and allied health appointments
    • School, programs and activities
    • Support before, during and after travel
    • Building towards independent travel where that’s a goal
  • Working with families & carers

Not a separate service — it runs through all of them. Families and carers know things that never make it into a plan, and we’d always rather ask. Where someone wants their family involved, we keep them genuinely in the loop. We’re stronger when we care together.

  • Not sure what you need?

Most people call us describing a situation rather than a service, and that’s completely fine. Tell us what’s happening and we’ll help you work out what would help.
